By checking agree, I state that I have viewed the Tanae Sorenson photographer's (TSP) online portfolio (www.tanaesorenson.com) and am aware of the photographer's artistic style. I understand that my images will be completely documentary and photojournalistic in nature and (while edited in personal and professional style) will not be posed or heavily photoshopped. For example: head swaps, adding in or taking out bodies, items, or articles in a frame, color popping, adding makeup, etc. If I wish to do any of the above mentioned "heavy edits", I understand it will not be included in my overall photography service and TSP may refuse to make additional heavy edits or accept the heavy edit requests for an additional fee. The photographer is the artistic director of the shoot. The photographer will do her best to capture mentioned shot list but does not guarantee to deliver all requested images or images where everyone is smiling and looking at the camera.

I understand that I am entitled to no compensation. I release the photographer all forms of claims and liability related to my photo usage.

Policies & Wedding Photography Agreement (READ IN FULL) *

Thank you for choosing me to capture your wedding day! These policies are in place so that there are no surprises. I want your experience to be the best possible. ~ Wedding Photography Cost: Client agrees to pay $2,100 to TSP for 8 hours of photographic services. Price includes travel. Client agrees to provide a room for sleeping accommodations to TSP and meal(s) while on the job. ~ Wedding Retainer: A $1000 retainer (which goes toward the total cost of your photography services) will secure your booking. The remaining price of your wedding / event will be due no later than 8 weeks prior the event date. ~ Cancellations or need to reschedule: Life happens. Illness and unexpected events come up. Please give me as much notice as possible if a need to reschedule or a change of plans to your event comes up. I, Tanae (TSP) will exchange the same courtesy should an unlikely and unexpected life event come up. ~ Photographer Substitution: In the extremely unlikely event of severe personal illness or other extreme acts of nature beyond the control of TSP which precludes the photographer from performing the duties of coverage, TSP will attempt to arrange for a substitute photographer of high qualification, per client approval of said photographer. The client and TSP both assume the risks and dangers of the photographer's travel and if the extremely unlikely event a last-minute Act of Nature or travel disaster occurs while TSP is en route to the event, the photographer will refund the client all monies paid, minus the retainer. ~ Online Gallery: Within 3 months of your wedding/event, a private, password protected gallery will be available to view your images. Your session includes a gallery of hand edited images. TSP will choose the best images for your gallery. Your gallery will be available for viewing, downloading, and ordering for 4 weeks. ~ Your high resolution digital files will be delivered to your email via direct download on the day your gallery is released. Please back up your files. ~ Printing of The Images: The photographer is not responsible for the quality, color, etc. of any prints that are not ordered directly through TSP. ~Final Sales: Due to the custom nature of photography, all sales are final. ~Payment options: Payment is available via cash, check, credit, debit, or Venmo.
